In its current form, this website is acting as an online catalogue of what we stock. Stock levels are only shown on RC Cars, RC Aircraft and Model Railway Rolling Stock and we aim to keep these up-to-date as best we can. Stock levels of other products cannot be guaranteed, so please get in touch before making a journey to visit us.

If you would like to order anything from the website, you must email or call us to place an order. We will confirm stock quantity, price and postage and request payment. Payments can be made by either calling us, or we can send you a payment link over email.

Any item marked NOS (New Old Stock) is sold as classed as a second hand item and therefore returns and refunds are not accepted on these items. Items marked as: ‘Due to the age of the product, we cannot accept returns’ are classed similarly.

There is a postage charge and is charged per order. You will be charged the same amount we are by RoyalMail or our Courier service. If an item states: ‘Free Postage’ or ‘Free Postage on this Item’, this relates to Mainland UK only. Any international orders for these items will incur a postage charge.

We can only send items to the address of the card holder.

For International orders, please email us your order. We will reply with confirmation of stock, price and postage. Payment can only be by credit/debit card via a payment link that we will send. All transactions will be in GBP. Please not that we are not liable for any customs charges when the shipment reaches the destination country.

We are no longer able to send large items that require a courier service internationally. However we are still able to ship smaller items through Royal Mail internationally.

Any order/shipment that is sent back to us due to failure to pay customs charges or failure to collect or reschedule delivery, will result in a restocking fee and any additional charges to us due to this will be added to the fee.
